The Faculty of Modern Management Information at OSAKA SEIKEI UNIVERSITY is designed to facilitate broad and in-depth study of the theory of management information, a fusion of business administration and information, in concert with development of the students’ application ability, as well as theories and skills related to management and information.  OSAKA SEIKEI UNIVERSITY currently has a large body of international students from other Asian countries, notably South Korea and China, who identify with the philosophy and educational program of the Faculty of Modern Management Information. 

“Management” and “Information” are inseparable in modern business, as they contain all the clues necessary for problem-solving and future management strategy.  Those who have the ability accurately to assess ever-changing information, or who have problem-solving skills, and those with original ideas for utilizing information have the skills needed in modern society.  The Faculty of Modern Management Information teaches you how to identify and utilize the value of information with a unique curriculum focused on the field of management information that integrates both “management” and “information”. 

Moreover, three course models are established in our curriculum to enable maximum leeway in considering one’s ambitions or aptitude for the future.  Students can study more effectively and efficiently in our four-year courses. 

	●Industrial Worker Model	Designed to produce successful businesspeople in international society, with an acquisitive way of thinking from a business administration perspective as well as information technology skills.
	●Executive /Entrepreneur Model	Designed to enhance overall management skills and the ability to comprehend the customer’s perspective.
	●Public Servant Model	Designed to develop flexibility towards all issues concerning society.

In order to develop each individual’s abilities, we focus on the establishment of infrastructure for the educational and information environment such as our utilization of the latest IT hardware and software, and an online database, etc.  In addition, we place particular emphasis on small-group seminars from the first year of our four-year courses.  Each and every student undertakes research activities under themes of their own interests.
